Stained Glass Door Panels - Canford Cliffs, Dorset

The Brief

‍Recently, our talented team of stained glass specialists at Sherriff Stained Glass Specialists took on a Victorian stained glass door restoration and refurbishment project at a property in Canford Cliffs, Poole.

As experts in crafting and restoring beautiful stained glass window and door panel designs, this was a project that we could not wait to get started on.

‍Getting to Work

‍We were keen to get started on this exciting project as soon as possible. The first step was to remove the original stained glass door panels, so our skilled team could start work at our workshop in Wimborne, Dorset.

Once we had removed the stained glass door inserts, it was time to get to work on cleaning and re leading the stained glass panels and making any necessary repairs to get them looking as good as new.

To protect the panels, we then re-fitted them into the front door with clear 4mm toughened safety glass. This glass helps stained glass door panels remain effectively protected for many years to come, preserving their beauty.

‍The Result

‍The panels now look in fantastic condition and sit beautifully inside the safety glass panels. Our client was very pleased with the appearance and quality of work.
