The Brief‍

Victorian stained glass front doors are a beautiful way to make an attractive feature of the entrance of your home, but due to the placement and regular use, the stained glass doors need to be reinforced for security and longevity. We were asked to provide our lead window restoration services and re-lead a pair of stained glass doors.

‍Getting to Work

‍We removed every stained glass door panel before cleaning each one. For the lead window restoration of the leaded stained glass windows we got to work re-leading the stained glass panels. To increase the security and amenity of the leaded glass windows, we fitted our bespoke, 4mm-thick, clear and toughened glass to the outside of the Victorian stained glass door.

‍The Result

‍The lead window restoration has restored the stained glass doors with no imperfections.
